Litter Picks are vital to the general up keep of the park.
Picks are officially run on the 1st Sunday of each month. The next date will be XXXX. Volunteers meet at the Pavilion at 10:00 am. Equipment is kindly provided by the Environment team at Salford City Council.
Why wait till then? Our volunteers do carryout unofficial picks regularly and so can you!
Whenever you visit the park e.g. walking your dog, taking the kids to play or even if you are just enjoying some quiet time, why don't you take a carrier bag with you and do a mini pick? We will supply the 'Picker' FREE! (complete the contact form requesting a 'Picker' and a volunteer will be in touch).
Please encourage children to use the bins provided. It all counts.
